What counts as a representative seat versus a staff seat?
A representative seat is for anyone filing under their own VA accreditation — accredited representatives, agents and attorneys. Everyone else in the office is a staff seat: paralegals, intake coordinators, case assistants, office managers. Staff seats do everything except act as the accredited representative on a claim.
Do prices change as we file more claims?
No. Nothing in the product meters. The bill is the same at 20 open claims and at 400, and the same whether you store 2 GB of evidence or 200. You pay for seats, and only seats.
Can I cancel, and can I take my data with me?
Yes to both. It is month to month with no contract and no cancellation fee. Your clients, claims and documents can be exported whenever you want — during the trial, mid-subscription or on your way out — and we delete your data on request.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your first charge lands when the 15 days are up, for the seats you have at that moment. Cancel before then and you are never charged at all. Nothing in your account changes when it converts — same files, same automations, same logins.
Do you take promo codes?
Yes. If you have been given a code, you enter it at checkout and it is applied before your card is charged. You will see the adjusted amount on the confirmation screen, not on a surprise invoice later.
